RATES
Two-Party Cases: Tracy Jones Mediation services (including preparation time and telephone conferences) are charged at a rate of $160.00 per hour, divided equally between the parties.
Mediation Time: Mediation time is scheduled in four-hour blocks of time.
Multi-Party Cases: Tracy Jones Mediation services (including preparation time and telephone conferences) are charged at an hourly rate, per party.
Half day and full day flat fee rates are available.
There is no additional charge for administration or case initiation.
A sliding scale fee is available for those in need. Tracy Jones Mediation wants to ensure that parties who need mediation have access to it.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date, a $320 cancellation fee will be charged.
