About Dr. Tracy JonesGrowing up in Northwest Montana, I was always fascinated with why people make the choices they make and behave the way they do. To begin to find those answers I attended University of Houston and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Interpersonal Communications. I then continued on and received a Master of Business Administration/Marketing and a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
I am also a small business owner and faculty trainer for a non-profit organization so I understand the complexities of conflict resolution and negotiation which results in a favorable decision for both parties. That is why I am here. To help you and the other party construct an agreement under terms that are conducive to both. My Goal |
The goal of mediation is to provide an excellent alternative to the aggressive and often stressful route of the court system while avoiding the cost, length, and labyrinthine procedures, replacing them with a straightforward process of good faith negotiation with the guidance of a professional mediator.
